Panzhihua Haokangtai publicizes second environmental impact assessment of titanium concentrate project

On January 26, Panzhihua municipal people's government made the second public announcement on the environmental impact assessment with the public participation for the 30,000tpy titanium concentrate project of Panzhihua Haokangtai Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.
According to the announcement, the project rents the existing plant and equipment of Panzhihua Shixin Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., and purchases some new equipment for the construction of the project with a planned annual output of 30,000 tons of titanium concentrate. The project is designed to process 45,000 tons of titanium concentrate, and produce 30,000 tons of titanium concentrate (products), 2,800 tons of secondary iron concentrate (by-products), 6,000 tons of secondary titanium concentrate (by-products) and 14,000 tons of crude titanium concentrate (by-products).
