According to China MCC International Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., on January 14, the second phase of the 2 million tons coking project of Vietnam Hoa Phat Dung Quat ushered in an exciting moment. The last four sets of coking furnaces began to launch the first coke, marking that the project is fully put into production and has entered the production evaluation stage.
It's reported that the project is divided into two phases of construction, with eight coking furnaces in each of the first and second phases. The first phase of the project was officially put into operation on September 10, 2019. After the project is put into production, it will play an important role in greatly improving the smelting efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction of Vietnam Hoa Phat.
