In December, rebar prices kept increasing, and brought huge positive effect on vanadium market prices. Most steel mills started their winter stockpile plan, bidding volume of vanadium products increased significantly. However, as most traders hold too many stocks and they sold in spot market to get the found back as soon as possible, vanadium prices moved down again by the end of this month.
