China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment, NDRC, the General Administration of Customs, Ministry of Commerce and MIIT jointly issued a report on December 31st, 2020, noting that recycled steel raw materials which comply with the stipulation of China's Recycled Steel Raw Material National Standards (GB/T 39733-2020) are not solid waste and thus can be imported from January 1st, 2021.
After the report was issued, Blockchain International under Ouyeel Blockchain immediately negotiated with its overseas customers on import of the raw materials and finally signed an agreement with MITSUI & CO., the first largest comprehensive company in Japan . The two parties formally signed the contract on January 1st, 2021 after reviewing all contract terms . According to the contract, Blockchain International will import 3,000t of Japanese heavy recycled steel raw materials from MITSUI & CO . , which will deliver the raw materials to Shanghai Port for Baosteel to consume.
