Mingtai Aluminum to transfer related assets of new high-grade strip plant to Taihong New Material

Mingtai Aluminum announced on December 31, 2020 that in order to promote the development in the high value-added product area such as the lightweight automobile, new energy and transportation area, optimize business structure and improve management efficiency, the company plans to transfer the assets related to the high-grade strip new plant to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Taihong New Material Co., Ltd.
Mintai Aluminum, setting November 30, 2020 as the base day, intends to transfer the assets and liabilities including the hot rolling production line of 3,300mm width (1+1) and intelligent high rack storage of the new high-end strip plant to Taihong New Material according to the unaudited book value; changes of assets and liabilities occurring between the transfer base day and the actual transfer day will be adjusted according to actual situation.
