U.K. and E.U. agree historical Brexit trade deal

After nine-month lengthy talks, the U.K. and E.U. finally came to an agreement on future bilateral trade ties on Christmas Eve. On Thursday afternoon (local time), British Prime Minister Johnson and European Commission President von der Leyen jointly announced that the two sides reached a consensus on future ties with trade deal as the core.
Representatives of the two sides sealed a trade agreement up to 500 pages and the U.K. will formally pull out of E.U. single market and customs union one week later, achieving complete Brexit.
