Ningbo Shenma puts aluminum-based alloy plate and strip phase I project into commercial operation

On December 19, Ningbo Shenma Group put into commercial operation the first phase project of the production line with an annual output of 100,000t of aluminum alloy plate and strip and the deep processing of aluminum products in Xingren. The project will be implemented in three phases in three years. The first phase of the project will form an annual production capacity of 60,000t of aluminum strip and plate, achieving an output value of 900 million yuan (137 million US dollars), and the project will be fully put into commercial operation in three years, with an annual output of 100,000t and an output value of 1.5 billion yuan (229 million US dollars).
Shenma Group signed an investment agreement with Xingren in September 2019 to invest in the construction of aluminum plate and strip production project, with a total investment of 280 million yuan (42.76 million US dollars). The project would be implemented in three years with the construction of an annual production capacity of 60,000t, 80,000t and 100,000t in each year. At the same time, it signed an agreement on aluminum liquid supply and demand with Denggao New Material Co., Ltd.
At present, the "90,000tpy aluminum-based alloy wafer stamping production line project" allocated for the Guizhou project is in full swing in progress. When the project is put into operation at the end of this year, the total monthly production capacity will increase from 4,000t to 10,000t, and the annual output value is expected to double to 1.7 billion yuan (260 million US dollars) next year.
