CISA: Major steel mills' average daily steel products output records about 2.09 million tons in early Dec

According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), Chinese major steel mills produced about 20.95 million tons of steel products in early December 2020. The average daily output was about 2.09 million tons during the period, down by 1.93% MOM but up by 12.67% YOY.
During the reported period, major steel mills held the steel products inventory of about 12.68 million tons, up by about 1.31 million tons or 11.50% from late November, while up by about 3.15 million tons or 33.02% from early this year as well as up by about 1.47 million tons or 13.12% from the same period of last year.
