CNNC Titanium Dioxide announced on December 9 that 100% of the shares of Gansu Hecheng Titanium Co., Ltd. and Gansu Dongfang Titanium Co., Ltd. held by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Venus Titanium Dioxide were transferred to the company. After the equity transfer is completed, the company will directly hold 100% equity of Hecheng Titanium Industry and Dongfang Titanium Industry. Hecheng Titanium Industry and Dongfang Titanium Industry will be changed from the company's wholly-owned grandson company to wholly-owned subsidiaries.
