According to National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), China's manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) was 52
In terms of enterprise scale, the PMI of large-sized enterprise, medium-sized enterprise and small-sized enterprise was 53.0%, 52 . 0% and 50 . 1% respectively, up by 0 . 4%, 1 . 4% and 0 . 7% respectively from the previous month, which were all above the threshold.
Among the five sub-indices composing manufacturing PMI, production index, new orders index and supplier distribution time index were higher than the threshold, while raw material inventory index and employment index were lower than the threshold.
