On November 26, the inauguration ceremony of Lu'an Chemical Group Co., Ltd. was held, marking the official start of the flagship of Shanxi provincial enterprises in high-end chemical field.
Lu'an Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is the largest and most powerful chemical enterprise group in Shanxi, which was reorganized with one of the world's top 500 companies, Lu'an Mining Group Corporation, as the main body. On August 7, 2020, Lu'an Chemical Group Co., Ltd. completed its industrial and commercial registration with the registered capital of RMB20 billion (USD3.03 billion), and was wholly-owned by Shanxi State-owned Operation Company.
