First batch of CdTe power generation glass demonstration projects completed in Hebei Handan Economic and Technological Development Zone

Recently, the first batch of CdTe power generation glass demonstration projects in Handan, deployed by Hebei Handan Economic and Technological Development Zone and invested and constructed by Venture Capital Group of Handan Economic and Technological Development Zone, were completed and put into operation.
Being co-constructed by Handan Economic and Technological Development Zone and China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM), Handan CNBM CdTe film power generation glass production line project is under debugging process at present. After going into commercial production, the project will have an annual production capacity of 300MW. It's the only large-size CdTe film glass production line with a conversion efficiency over 14% in China and the first CdTe film glass production line with high-integrate entire industry chain, 'zero' emission and the largest single line production capacity in the world.
