MIIT: China's coke output in Jul achieves first single month YOY growth this year

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), in July 2020, China's coke output was 39.97 million tons, an increase of 0.3% YOY, the first single month YOY growth this year. The cumulative output of coke from January to July was 268.95 million tons, down by 2.0% YOY.
In terms of provinces, from January to July 2020, Shanxi's coke output was 60.29 million tons, up by 3.7% YOY; Hebei's coke output was 28.24 million tons, down by 5.6% YOY; Shaanxi's coke output was 26.19 million tons, down by 2.7% YOY.
