Macrolink Group plans to finish second phase of ferronickel smelter construction in 2022

The financial director of PT.COR Industri Indonesia of Macrolink Group recently revealed that the company plans to build its second phase of ferronickel RKEF smelter in 2022, with an annual output of 300,000 tons of ferronickel (Ni 12%). For this reason, The group is looking for partners to invest in construction.
The chief financial officer added that COR owns three nickel mines in Morovali County, Central Sulawesi Province, and Macrolink Group owns a 2 x 80 m3 blast furnace that produces ferronickel (Ni 8%) and exports all of them to China. The partners will provide financing and technical processes, and Macrolink Group will provide resources, infrastructure, sales network and permit legal security guarantee.
