CTHM announced on the evening of August 23 that the company intends to acquire 84.9667% of the shares of Nanchang Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. held by China Minmetals Tungsten, a subsidiary of the actual controller, through a non-public agreement transfer method. The transaction price is about RMB285 million (USD41.20 million).
