Based on the control and management requirements of air quality improvement plan for August and September, Tangshan demands that steel rolling plants that use steel billets produced by other steel mills as raw materials with the evaluation of "good" are allowed to operate and produce products from 0:00 of the first day to 24:00 of the eighteenth day of every month and stop production during the other days; plants with the evaluation of "bad" are allowed to operate and produce products from 0:00 of the first day to 24:00 of the tenth day of every month and stop production during the other days.
