14 enterprises of Hebei listed as key enterprises for digital transformation in iron and steel industry

According to the "Special Action Plan for Digital Transformation of Iron and Steel Industry in Hebei (2020-2022)" issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Hebei, by 2022, the steel industry in Hebei will achieve breakthroughs in digital transformation. The industry will widely collect data resources, demonstrate and promote data applications and apparently improve data security capability. There will be a new layout for the digital development of iron and steel industry, which is supported by big data, digital workshops, whole process smart manufacturing and industrial cloud platform. The labor productivity of the main industries will rise to more than 1,000t per person per year. Key enterprises such as Shougang Qian'an and HBIS Group Shisteel will become the national leading demonstration enterprises in the digital transformation of steel industry.
Key enterprises for digital transformation includes three leading enterprises (Shougang Qiansteel, Shougang Jingtang and HBIS Group) that will comprehensively demonstrate and lead the digital transformation, eight large enterprises (Jingye Group, Jinxi Iron and Steel, Puyang Iron and Steel, Yuhua Iron and Steel, Zongheng iron and Steel, Donghai Special Steel, Fengrui Steel and Hongxing Steel) that will mainly play the demonstrating and leading role in supply-side digital transformation and three special steel enterprises (HBIS Group Shisteel, Xingtai Iron and Steel and Chengde Jianlong) that will mainly play the demonstrating and leading role in demand-side digital transformation
