Yashi Indonesia sees first batch of ferronickel

The first electric furnace (No.4) built by Yashi Indonesia Investment Co., Ltd. under Zhenshi Group in Weda Bay Industrial Park saw the first batch of ferronickel on June 22th of local time, marking that Zhenshi made great breakthrough in ferronickel production of its RKEF project and further improved its layout of both domestic and cross-border operation.
It's learnt that Yashi Phase One Project totally owns four production lines in Weda Bay Industrial Park and can produce 35,000t of nickel metal equivalent per year after realizing full production. The project formally started building on March 15th, 2019 and put its first production line into operation 15 month later. The rest three production lines will successively go into operation in the future.
