Shenzhen Huaqiang announced on late June 11 that the company plans to invest no more than RMB20 million (USD2.82 million) of its own capital to BYD Semi-conductor.
Shenzhen Huaqiang noted that this transaction will help the company to accumulate and expand industrial resources of electronic industry chain. At the same time, the company is a long-term cooperative partner of BYD and BYD is an important client of the company.
