Focus Lightings to raise funds for high lighting effect LED chip production expansion upgrading project

On 22 May, Focus Lightings disclosed its private offering program, according to which the company will raise a total amount of no more than RMB100,000.00 (USD14,031) from no more than 35 specific investors who meet requirements of China Securities Regulatory Commission. The funds will be invested in the high lighting effect LED chip production expansion upgrading project and used as additional working capital after deducting the issuing expenses.
