Eurasian Economic Union extends anti-dumping duty on imported stainless steel kitchenware and tableware from China

On May 18, 2020, the Department of Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued announcement No. 2020/214/AD14R1 on the official website of the Eurasian Economic Union. According to resolution No. 65 of May 12, 2020, the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to extend the validity of the current 15.41%-27.16% anti-dumping duty on imported stainless steel kitchenware and tableware originating in China to January 15, 2021. The resolution takes effect within 30 natural days from the date of promulgation, but not earlier than June 19, 2020.
On January 16, 2020, the Department of Internal Market Protection of Eurasian Economic Commission issued announcement No. 2020/201/AD14R1, launching the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on stainless steel kitchenware and tableware originating in China. The tax numbers of the products involved are 821191000, 8215991000 and 8215201000.
On January 16, 2020, the Department of Internal Market Protection of Eurasian Economic Commission issued announcement No. 2020/201/AD14R1, launching the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on stainless steel kitchenware and tableware originating in China. The tax numbers of the products involved are 821191000, 8215991000 and 8215201000.
