EU levies anti-dumping duties on Chinese certain iron or steel fasteners

On May 5, 2020, the European Commission issued a notice that according to the judgment of the European General Court, anti-dumping duties will be levied again on the Chinese origin certain iron or steel fasteners re exported by Malaysia (whether or not it is indicated that they are originated in Malaysia)
On November 9, 2007, the European Union filed an anti-dumping investigation on certain iron or steel fasteners originated from China. On January 31, 2009, the EU made a positive final decision on this case . On November 28, 2010, the EU filed an anti circumvention investigation on certain iron or steel fasteners originated in China and re exported from Malaysia (whether or not the origin is indicated as Malaysia) . On July 26, 2011, the European Union made a final determination of anti circumvention . On August 27, 2019, the European Commission re investigated the anti circumvention case of Chinese original certain iron or steel fasteners re exported by Malaysia.
. The CN (combined nomenclature) code of the products involved in the case is ex 7318 12 90, ex 7318 14 91, ex 7318 14 99, ex 7318 15 59, ex 7318 15 69, ex 7318 15 81, ex 7318 15 89, ex 7318 15 90, ex 7318 21 00 and ex 7318 22 00.
