MOFCOM continues to impose anti-dumping duties on some imports of certain alloy steel seamless tubes and pipes originating in the U.S. and EU

MOFCOM released Announcement No. 9 of 2014 on May 9, 2020, and decided to make the final investigation results that it continued to impose the anti-dumping duties on imports of certain alloy steel seamless tubes and pipes for high temperature and pressure service originating in the United States and European Union for five years starting from May 10.
In May 2014, MOFCOM began to implement anti-dumping measures on imports of certain alloy steel seamless tubes and pipes for high temperature and pressure service. In June 2019, MOFCOM adjusted the anti-dumping rate for companies in the United States and European Union. In May 2019, at the application of domestic industry, MOFCOM launched the final review investigation.
The anti-dumping tax rate is the same as regulations in the Announcement No.24 of 2019. The details are as follows:

1. Wyman-Gordon Forgings, Inc. 101.0%
2. Other American companies 147.8%
European companies
1. Vallourec Deutschland GmbH 57.9%
2. VALLOUREC TUBES FRANCE 57.9%
3. IBF S.P.A. 60.8 %
4. Other European companies 60.8 %
