Tinci Materials Technology completes registration process for Czech subsidiary

Tinci Materials Technology announced on April 6 that it completed the registration process for its Czech subsidiary recently.
Announced to Tinci Material Technology, on October 25, 2019 its board approved the proposal on setting up a Czech-based subsidiary, agreeing on investing USD5 million into setting up a fully-owned subsidiary in Czech. It recently completed the registration process for the subsidiary and was granted related approval documents by local government.
The Czech subsidiary is reportedly named Tinci Materials Technology Czech S.R.O. and will focus upon production and selling of Li-ion battery materials (including chemicals and dangerous chemicals), chemical trading, and technical import and export.
