Longji Machinery to invest no more than RMB200 million into new energy battery industry

On the evening of April 7, Longji Machinery announced that it signed an co-investment framework agreement with Nanshi Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Nanshi Lithium New Material Co., Ltd. on April 5; according to the agreement, Longji Machinery will invest no more than RMB200 million (USD28.32 million) into setting up a fund concentrated on new-energy related investments, and via this fund it will invest into Nanshi Lithium New Material to facilitate the latter's strategic development.
