Zhongjing Jiaxing Semiconductor's large silicon wafer phase I project to be put into trial production in late 2020

The first-phase construction of Zhongjing (Jiaxing) Semiconductor's large semiconductor wafer production base has been completed on the whole, and the production lines of the phase I project is planned to be put into trial production at the end of this year.
On January 19, 2019, the people's government of Nanhu District of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai Kangfeng Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed the investment agreement and directional fund agreement, and the 12-inch silicon wafer project with an annual output of 4.8 million pieces was settled in Jiaxing Science and Technology City. The project has a total land area of 221 mu, a total construction area of 115,000 square meters and a total investment of RMB11 billion (USD1.55 billion). Among them, the investment for phase I project is RMB6 billion (USD846.47 million), with that for the fixed asset exceeding RMB5.6 billion (USD790.03 million). The phase I project covers 139 mu and will build a 12-inch monocrystalline silicon wafer production line. After the completion of the whole project, the annual production capacity of 12-inch silicon wafers will reach 4.8 million, and the annual sales are expected to reach RMB3.5 billion (USD493.77 million).
