Shagang Group independently develops SG50WH470 non-oriented silicon steel

Recently, the cold-rolled plant of Shagang Group commissioned test production of its newly developed SG50WH470 silicon steel, which makes Shagang Group the first privately-owned steel producer in China able to produce this kind of silicon steel products.
It was reported that Shagang Group has four silicon steel production lines, forming an annual production capacity of 1 million tons of non-oriented silicon steel, and the company has developed seven varieties of non-oriented silicon steel products including SG50WH470 and SG50W600.
