Zangge Innovation to transfer 10% shares of Xinlixiang to Sichuan Road & Bridge

Sichuan Road & Bridge (Group) Co., Ltd. announced on March 19th that Tibet Zangge Innovation and Investment Co., Ltd. (Zangge Innovation) will transfer to it 10% shares of Sichuan Xinlixiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Xinlixiang) due to fund problem. As Zangge Innovation hasn't offered funds, Sichuan Road & Bridge doesn't have to pay share transferring fees. After the transferring is finished, the shares of Xinlixiang held by Sichuan Road & Bridge will increase from 55% to 65% and it will assume corresponding fund responsibility.
It's learned that Xinlixiang is jointly invested by Sichuan Road & Bridge, Zangge Innovation, Sichuan Lvran Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Keneng Lithium Battery Co., Ltd.
Xinlixiang is mainly engaged in a lithium battery cathode NCM project and a precursor project. By now, the NCM project has finished the construction of the main engineering with equipment under installment, expecting to go into operation within 2020. In addition, the precursor project progresses well as planned now and expects to start construction within the year.
It's learned that Xinlixiang is jointly invested by Sichuan Road & Bridge, Zangge Innovation, Sichuan Lvran Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Keneng Lithium Battery Co., Ltd.
