Tangshan Luannan County launches special action for pollution source investigation and rectification

In order to further find out the detailed situation of pollution sources in Luannan County, eliminate hidden dangers to environmental safety, and improve environmental quality, according to the provincial and municipal mission requirements, the Tangshan Luannan Ecological and Environmental Sub-Bureau formulated a special action for pollution source investigation and rectification in Luannan County and organized environmental law enforcement personnel to conduct comprehensive investigations of pollutant discharge enterprises within their jurisdiction.
This investigation includes all enterprises involved in the discharge of pollution sources, including gas-related pollution sources, water-related pollution sources, soil pollution sources, and solid waste pollution sources. Luannan mainly checks the environmental assessment approval of enterprises, the direction of main pollutants, the construction and operation of pollutant prevention facilities, and the discharge of pollutants up to standards. For those companies that have no EIA procedures, they are ordered to complete the EIA procedures as soon as possible; for those companies that have not been accepted, they are ordered to apply for environmental protection acceptance in a timely manner.
