On 4 March, Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) released the ferroalloy and manganese flake industrial pollutant discharge permit application and issuance technical specification.
In order to implement Environment Protection Law, Pollution Prevention Law and other laws and regulations as well as "the State Council's notice about issuing implementation program for controlling pollutant discharge permit " and "pollutant discharge administrative measures (trial)", improve pollutant discharge permit technical support system, guide and normalize application and issuance of ferroalloy and manganese flake producers' pollutant discharge permit, MEE formulated this specification.
