Although some bismuth ingot producers in Henan and Hunan did not stop production during the Spring Festival, they only maintained basic production as bismuth ingot is a by-product . Due to the stagnation of traffic, the spot market saw limited transactions . In the first half of February, prices for bismuth ingot remained stable . After the Spring Festival holiday, small and medium-sized traders in the market had a high sentiment to replenish stocks and actively purchased . Bismuth ingot producers held back from selling and kept firm prices due to holding a small inventory, so prices for bismuth ingot rose slightly.
