Bofang Jiaxin starts construction of gallium nitride RF and power wafers production lines

On March 3, Zhejiang Bofang Jiaxin Integrated Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. starts construction of gallium nitride RF and power wafers production lines.
The project, with a total investment of RMB2.5 billion (USD360.41 million), will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, a 6-inch wafer production line and a 4-inch gallium nitride production line will be constructed, with the designed monthly output of 1,000 pieces for gallium nitride RF wafers. In the second phase, a 6-inch wafer production line, a 4-inch gallium nitride production line and an epitaxial wafer production line will be built, with the designed monthly production capacity of 3,000 and 20,000 pieces for gallium nitride RF wafer and gallium nitride power wafer, respectively. After the project achieves target output, it can create an annual sales of more than RMB3 billion (USD432.49 million) and an annual tax revenue of more than RMB66 million (USD9.51 million).
