Elion Clean Energy to acquire controlling shareholder's photovoltaic assets

On the evening of February 27, Elion Clean Energy announced that it intended to acquire 60% of the shares of Zhangjiakou Jingzhang Yingbin Corridor Ecological Energy Co., Ltd. and 100% of the shares of Zhangjiakou Yiyuan New Energy Development Co., Ltd. from its controlling shareholder Elion Resources Group in cash, with a total amount of RMB723 million (USD103.19 million). After the completion of the transaction, Elion Clean Energy will have a total installed capacity of 1,000MW, including 587.9MW of equity capacity and 200MW under construction.
