Jiangxi: Cancel production resumption approval process and launches filing mode

On 16 February, 2020, Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control Emergency Operations Center of Jiangxi Province released a notice, according to which local authorities are required to strengthen epidemic prevention and control guidance and supervision on enterprises resuming production, and production resumption approval process for enterprises and construction projects is cancelled and changed into filing mode. Enterprises and project construction bodies only need to submit epidemic prevention and control programs to local authorities 24 hours in advance. Those located in the industrial park are required to submit programs to the industrial park while those located outside the industrial park are required to submit programs to industry authorities, effective from zero hour of 17 February, 2020.
