On January 27, 2015, the European Union made the positive final determination of the first anti-dumping sunset review on the welded pipes and tubes of iron or non alloy steel pipe originated in China, Russia and Belarus, and the negative final determination on the second anti-dumping sunset review on the products involved in Ukraine . On January 24, 2020, the European Commission issued a notice to launch the second anti-dumping sunset review investigation on the welded pipe and tubes of iron or non alloy steel originated from China, Russia and Belarus on the application submitted by the European Union Welded Pipe Industry Protection Commission on October 25, 2019.
. The investigation will determine whether the EU antidumping measures will continue to be implemented or adjusted in the UK . The codes of the products involved are ex 7306 30 41, ex 7306 30 49, ex 7306 30 72 and ex 7306 30 77 (TARIC codes are 7306 30 41 20, 7306 30 49 20, 7306 30 72 80 and 7306 30 77 80) . The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019, and the injury analysis period is from January 1, 2016 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
