Coking industry in Taiyuan eliminates 3.1 million tons of backward production capacity in 2019

According to news from Taiyuan Information and Industry Department, Taiyuan fully finished its task of cutting coking production capacity in 2019.
Taiyuan planned to eliminate 3.10 million tons of excessive coking production capacity in 2019, including 1,800,000t of the No.2 Coking Plant under Taiyuan Huarun Coal Co., Ltd., 400,000t of Taiyuan Wanguang Coal Coke Co., Ltd., 400,000t of Shanxi Limin Coal Gasification Co., Ltd. and 500,000t of Taiyuan Yingxian Coking Group Co., Ltd. By December 31st, 2019, the 3,100,000t of excessive production capacity of above four companies had been removed completely and the production capacity removal work had passed both the municipal and county-level acceptance checks.
