It's learnt from the policy interpretation new conference about "Hainan provincial regulations on pollutant discharge permit administration" that Hainan will finish approval and issuance of pollutant discharge permit before the end of September 2020 to achieve the goals of "approving one industry, clearing one industry, regulating one industry and qualifying one industry".
