Hebei Xuanhua Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. announced in Shenzhen Stock Exchange on December 24th that it obtained the Business License from Zhangjiakou Administration for Market Regulation on December 20th and changed its name to Hesteel Resource Co., Ltd. In addition, the company added iron ore sales to its business scope.
The company changed its CSRC Industry Variety as its mineral product resource revenues constantly occupied over 90% of its total revenues after it acquired 100% shares of Silian Resource (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. in 2017.
According to the company, it changed its name in order to further enhance its brand value, focus on building a listed mineral resource platform with global layout and better match its name with its main business.
