Luoyang launches campaign to prevent and control air pollution

In order to ensure a significant improvement in air quality this winter and next spring, 100-day air pollution prevention and control will be launched in Luoyang from December 1, 2019 to March 15, 2020.
According to the Plan for 100-day Air Pollution Prevention and Control in Luoyang, the city will strengthen efforts to overcome difficulties and detailed control measures in five aspects: firstly, to strictly control coal pollution; secondly, to strictly control industrial pollution; thirdly, to strictly control dust pollution; fourthly, to strictly control motor vehicle pollution; and fifthly, to strictly control non-point source pollution.
