Kingswood Enterprise's subsidiary invests in construction of precision electronic copper strip project

Kingswood Enterprise announced on December 13 that the company, together with Fusui county government and Chongzuo Guangxi China-ASEAN Youth Industrial Park Management Committee signed a contract for precision electronic copper strip project. Anhui Xinke Copper Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kingswood Enterprise, will set up a project company in the industrial park. The project company is tentatively named Guangxi Xinke Copper Co., Ltd. and will be engaged in the R&D and production of copper alloy plate and strip. The registered capital of Guangxi Xinke is 300 million yuan (42.91 million US dollars).
Upon the completion of the project, on the one hand, the company's production capacity of precision electronic copper strip products will be improved effectively, which can meet the market demand for high-end precision electronic copper strip products; on the other hand, depending on the location advantages of the management committee, the company can further expand exports to ASEAN.
