Customs Tariff Commission: Not impose additional tariffs on some U.S. goods

In order to carry out the negotiation results reached by China and the United States recently, Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decided based on relevant laws and regulations and basic principles of International Law not to impose additional tariffs of 5% and 10% which were approved to take effect at 12:01 of 15 December on some U.S. goods and to continue suspending additional tariffs on U.S. automobiles and auto parts. In addition to the abovementioned measures, other additional tariffs on U.S. goods are implemented as stipulated and the additional tariff exclusion process is still underway.
