On 28 November, Guorui Kechuang Rare Earth Functional Materials Co., Ltd. was set up in Ganzhou.
Approved by Jiangxi and Inner Mongolia authorities, the National Rare Earth Functional Materials Innovation Center was established by Jiangxi Rare Earth Functional Materials Innovation Center and Inner Mongolia Rare Earth Functional Materials Innovation Center by adopting the mode of "company plus alliance". As the operation body of the center, Guorui Kechuang Rare Earth Functional Materials Co., Ltd. was set up by 16 parties with an investment of RMB100 million (USD14.21 million), including Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, China Northern Rare Earth (Group) Hi-tech Co., Ltd., China Southern Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. and Baotou Rare Earth R&D Center China Academy of Sciences.
