Hongdaxingye's subsidiary signs cooperation agreement with Northern Rare Earth

On the evening of 20 November, Hongdaxingye Group announced that its holding subsidiary Baotou Xindamao Rare Earth Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with China Northern Rare Earth (Group) Hi-tech Co., Ltd. in order to accelerate Hongdaxingye's application and development of rare earth hydrogen storage materials, rare earth additives and other rare earth new materials. Baotou Xindamao Rare Earth will provide storage service for rare earth solid waste that is generated from the production and operation of Northern Rare Earth and the two sides will strengthen cooperation in rare earth smelting, processing, application development and promotion.
Hongdaxingye Group holds 80% equities of Baotou Xindamao Rare Earth while Northern Rare Earth holds 20%. As a large rare earth producer integrating rare earth beneficiation, smelting and separation deep-processing, Baotou Xindamao Rare Earth is one of the earliest rare earth processing and separation enterprises and owns rare earth solid waste storage qualification and rare earth solid waste treatment site.
