Huakong Seg increases capital in Inner Mongolia Aoyuan New Material

On the evening of November 14, Huakong Seg announced that the company intends to increase the capital in Inner Mongolia Aoyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. with Inner Mongolia Hanpu Technology Development Co., Ltd. by RMB285 million (USD40,642,206), of which Huakong Seg increased by RMB250 million (USD35,651,058) with its own funds and Hanpu Technology increased its capital by RMB35 million (4,991,148) to Inner Mongolia Aoyuan in the form of cash or intangible assets.
It's reported that Inner Mongolia Aoyuan New Materials Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and processing of graphite and silicon carbon materials. After China Huakong Seg announced that it increased capital by RMB48 million (USD6,845,003) in September last year, the capital would reach RMB298 million (USD42,496,061) with the completion of capital increase.
