On 14 November, Science Technology Department of Zhejiang Province announced the list of first-batch Zhejiang enterprises provincial key laboratories and held the award ceremony. HC Semitek (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of HC Semitek, successfully became a provincial key laboratory of the third-generation semiconductor materials and devices, which is the first provincial key laboratory in Yiwu.
HC Semitek has been focusing on research, development and production of semiconductor materials and devices since its establishment and it's the second largest LED chip manufacturer in China at present. In addition to efforts in LED chip sector, the company also carries out research and development in other fields of the third-generation semiconductor by taking advantage of its scientific research strength and has made significant achievements.
