GaN industrialization project settled in Jiaxing

On November 7, Zhejiang Bofang Jiaxin Integrated Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract and located the gallium nitride (GaN) Radio Frequency and power device industrialization project with a total investment of RMB2.5 billion (USD356.85 million) in Jiaxing Science City.
The project will build a large-scale GaN Radio Frequency and power device production base that is able to bring annual sales of more than RMB3 billion (USD428.22 million) after achieving the production target, which can further promote the new-generation integrated circuit semiconductor industry in Nanhu District.
