Mingtai Aluminum to build Mingsheng New Material

Mingtai Aluminum announced on the evening of November 4 that it plans to invest 10 million yuan (about 1.42 million US dollars) to build a wholly-owned subsidiary in Zhengzhou National High & New Technology Industries Development Zone, with a tentative name of Henan Mingsheng New Material Co., Ltd. (the final name shall be subject to the industrial and commercial registration).
According to the announcement, the proposed registered capital of Mingsheng New Material is 10 million yuan (about 1.42 million US dollars). New company will be engaged in the R & D, design, production and sales of aluminum plate, aluminum stripe and aluminum foil, alloy plate, aluminum used in military aviation and aerospace vehicles, superhard 3C material, and PS technology for printing; and metal scrap recycling and so on.
Mingtai Aluminum indicated that this investment mainly aims to actively develop high value-added businesses, which is conducive to further improving the company's sustainable development and profitability.
