CNBM starts construction of its CdTe thin film solar power glass project

On October 28, China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) started the construction of its cadmium telluride (CdTe) thin film solar power glass project in Dongfu Industrial Park, Liling.
The total investment of this project is RMB10 billion (USD1.42 billion), including RMB2 billion (USD283.34 million) in the first phase, during which a production line of CdTe thin film solar power glass with a capacity of 300,000KW will be build.
