ChaoHua Tech promotes mass production of high-frequency high-speed CCL

ChaoHua Tech announced on October 25 that the high-frequency high-speed copper clad laminate (CCL) technology jointly developed by the company, South China University of Technology and Harbin University of Science and Technology has passed the evaluation by industry experts. Through this technology, the most advanced one of its kind at home, the company has produced China's first nanopaper-based high-frequency high-speed CCL with ultra-low dielectric constant and ultra-low dielectric loss, and is now promoting the mass production of this product.
