JA Solar receives approval from Shin-Etsu Chemical for Ga doped patent

JA Solar and Shin-Etsu Chemical recently held a patent licensing ceremony for gallium (Ga) doped in Tokyo, Japan. Shin-Etsu Chemical holds several patents for Ga doped crystalline silicon technology and p-type Ga doped silicon wafers in the production of battery wafers. After this authorization, JA Solar will have the right to use these patents in various countries and regions.
